Residential Home Design

Whether you are looking for a new home design or remodel we have the all the experience and resources to help you realize your vision. Maybe you bought a design plan set from another provider and would like to make some alterations or changes. No problem. Kadtec always has a huge selection of plan sets to select from.

Engineering Services

We're a full-service structural and civil engineering firm serving five Southern California counties. We provide engineering calculations for residential and commercial projects, Energy or Title 24 calculations as well as engineering for rough terrain and varying soil conditions. We also handle retaining structures and land development.

Building Permits / Title 24

We can guide you through the Title 24 energy compliance process making it quick, easy, and affordable. E-mail your project drawings and we'll take care of the rest. The calculations neccessary will be prepared by a CEPE certified Title 24 energy consultant. We guarantee your Title 24 calculations will be accepted by your building department.

Land Development

We provide a highly respected land development service that provides planning, engineering and land surveying services to private developers, municipalities, utility companies and government agencies in So. California. We offer a full range of design services, permitting and land surveying for land development and subdivision projects.
