Our basic pricing is shown here. Kadtec posts this to give prospective clients a general idea of the costs involved. For more detailed information make an appointment with our Project Manager.

  • Basic-Moderate Home Design $4.00-$4.50 / sq. foot
  • Elaborate Home Design $5.00+ / sq. foot
  • Remodel and Addition $2.50 / sq. foot As Built
  • Remodel and Addition $4.00 / sq. foot New Area
  • Engineering only projects are priced at $1.15 - $1.50 / sq. foot
Extra costs will be determined as necessary. A deposit is required to begin all projects. All prices are based on square footage and will be adjusted at the completion of the project. The adjustments will be reflected on the final invoice that will be due at the time the project is submitted to the county.
